Bishop Ted is Superior General of the Benedictines of the Holy Spirit and is an auxiliary Bishop in the United States. He is also Episcopal Rector of St Bartholomews, North Carolina. Originating from the Hampshire & Isle of Wight area of England, Bishop Ted was consecrated in 2012 by Mar Trimlett in Greenville, South Carolina.  Ted has a simple and very effective ministry of help and assistance to the hungry, poor and needy in addition to his work guiding our religious order. Regular Mass is held at St Bartholomews (which enjoys a wonderful pipe organ for music) and outreach work is undertaken in the community.
