Mark
has been part of OCAC for many years. He served as parish priest for
many years in Swindon. He took a few years out to become a football
referee and now serves as sports chaplain in Swindon.Father Mark believes that Church is the people and not buildings: the streets of Swindon is his parish. Since he arrived in Swindon, Father Mark has been involved in Gay Community Chaplaincy since 2009, and has conducted a number of same sex marriages as well as baptisms, weddings, funerals, and weekly services for those that have been turned away from the mainstream church. Father Mark is not judgemental on anyones life nor does he question their life styles, in the opinion of Father Mark everyone is entitled to attend church and be a part of a Christian community.

Father
Mark was ordained priest in the City of Cardiff on the 17th March 2007,
and has worked in Grange Town in Cardiff, as well as the City of
Gloucester, Stroud in Gloucestershire and currently in the town of
Swindon in Wiltshire. On the 10th November 2013 he was consecrated to
the episcopacy by The Right Revd Dr. John A Bell, a bishop from the
United States of America. although Father Mark holds the title of
Monsignor, Father Mark remains as a working priest in Swindon
