Fr Maciej joined OCAC by incardination in November 2023. He had been serving in the Holy Celtic Church before joining OCAC and was a priest in the Roman Catholic Church prior to that. He lives and serves in Sanok, Poland.

He was ordained priest in 1998 in Rzeszów, Poland by bishop Kazimierz Górny. In the secular he works as a language translator from Tschechish, Slovakish and German. He had a short spell as a Religious Education teacher in Warsaw. Fr Maciej follows the Franciscan charism and is a member of the Order of Saints Francis and Clare.
