Marianne has a family and two daughters, God called her to be his servant in 2013 but it took another 4 years of personal reflection before she joined OCAC.
She works closely with the local community, especially the elderly and LGBT groups and Marianne holds a Bible study once a week called Equals+ where the gospel is studied and discussed over coffee and cake.
Marianne undertakes regular work with the local homeless where food and social interaction play a big role.
Donkeys are a real passion of hers but she loves all animals and has 3 cats and a very naughty chihuahua! Biblical history is, however her biggest interest and she reckons probably drives those closest to her a little crazy at times!
Marianne Says 'My belief is that God is there for everyone and that bringing the Church and the gospel to the world and empowering new Christians is very important. Caring for all those around us without discrimination and following the example of our saviour Jesus Christ is something we all need to do as Christian's and especially as clergy. I am looking forward to the journey God has planned for me and sharing it all with you'.
