Revd. Robert Fletcher, street pastorFr Robert Fletcher OCAC military PadreRobert is a street pastor working with and alongside those on the streets in Lancashire including Bolton, Blackpool, Preston, Liverpool and parts of Manchester. He joined us by incardination in 2023 to further his work and outreach. A former soldier, Robert has experienced in his own life some of the issues facing those living on the street as well as some health complications. He has experienced homelessness himself in the past.

Trained vocationally at Bolton College and theologically by the Christian Leaders Institute, he served as a lay preacher in the Methodist church from 1995 before embarking on his street chaplaincy outreach in 1999. Robert joined OCAC in 2022 and since then has developed a ministry of helping overseas pastors with Bible Studies and pastoring skills so they can serve in their own communities.
