From his time as a Police Enquiry Officer to his influential position as the CEO of YMCA, he has continuously put the needs of others before his own. His faith and belief in serving the mind, body, and spiritual needs of children and young people in South Devon have driven him to make a significant impact on the lives of those he encounters.

Having held senior positions in industry and commerce both in the UK and Cyprus, Lee brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table. His aptitude in youth and community work, along with his exceptional relationship management skills, make him an invaluable asset in any setting.

Lee's ministry as a chaplain to those in need and those working in the community, as well as healthcare and essential services, is a testament to his dedication and passion for serving others.
